About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Enrollment Management to lead and manage its comprehensive enrollment efforts. This includes overseeing admissions, financial aid, and the university mailroom, as well as collaborating with various stakeholders to create and maintain a strategic enrollment plan. The role also involves providing leadership for domestic enrollment activities, designing recruitment strategies, and ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, audits, and accreditation standards.

Applicants for the Vice President for Enrollment Management position at the company should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a master’s degree preferred, and a minimum of seven years of progressively responsible leadership experience in comprehensive enrollment management. The role requires a candidate who can provide leadership and guidance for all domestic enrollment activities, work with admissions directors, counselors, and administrative staff, and collaborate with international admissions.
