About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Accounting to take on a pivotal role in leading its financial operations and preparing the organization for sustained growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and leading budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes. This role demands a strategic and detail-oriented individual who can also serve as a key business partner to the executive team, driving financial strategy and identifying growth opportunities. The Vice President of Accounting will be instrumental in the development and mentorship of a high-performing accounting team and will be involved in the implementation and enhancement of financial systems to support business scalability.
Applicants for the Vice President of Accounting position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive accounting and finance experience is required, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
