About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its Executive Leadership team. The CFO will be a key figure in the organization, responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the company's financial health and sustainability. This includes strategic financial planning, risk management, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with regulatory and industry standards. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior executives to drive business growth and profitability and will be involved in developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's long-term goals.

Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in finance, with at least five years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CFO or VP of Finance. A strong background in real estate, particularly in real estate financing, is essential. The role requires a professional with a strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, as well as experience in managing a finance team and leading financial operations in a dynamic business environment. In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance is also necessary. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and the ability to present financial information to a diverse audience. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
