The CAO will be a key decision-maker, working closely with the CEO and COO, and will be tasked with mentoring, developing, and elevating the advisory team, as well as advocating for their needs and driving innovation in service offerings.
Applicants for the CAO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the RIA or wealth management space, with a proven track record in people management, portfolio oversight, and client relationship leadership.
