The Company is in need of an Executive Director with a current and valid state TX Nursing Home Administrator license to oversee the overall operations of a skilled nursing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facility's compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, as well as for the direct management of the community to provide high-quality care to residents. This role involves the implementation of policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, and supervising the recruitment, training, and performance of staff. The Executive Director will also be involved in budget preparation, financial management, and representing the facility in various external dealings.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company's skilled nursing facility must have a thorough knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations and a minimum of 2 years' experience as an Administrator or Executive Director in a similar setting. A BS/BA degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience is preferred.
