About the Role
The Company is in need of an Executive Director LNHA to oversee the overall operations of a nursing home facility, ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facility's day-to-day activities, including the implementation of policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, and upholding the highest standards of resident care. This role involves direct supervision of staff, budget preparation, and maintaining optimal patient census. The Executive Director will also be the primary representative of the facility in dealings with outside agencies and must be adept at fostering community relations.
Applicants for the Executive Director LNHA position at the company must hold a current and valid state TX Nursing Home Administrator license and have a thorough knowledge of applicable regulations. A BS/BA degree in healthcare administration or equivalent experience is preferred, along with a minimum of two years' experience as an Administrator or Executive Director in a skilled nursing facility. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and delegation skills, as well as the ability to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. The Executive Director will also be responsible for staff training, performance evaluations, and maintaining a work environment that promotes respect and dignity.
