About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for University Advancement to spearhead the development of a comprehensive fundraising campaign, secure major gifts, and oversee the annual fund. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for integrating fundraising throughout the institution and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve ambitious revenue goals. This role demands a highly influential individual with a best-practice mentality for data-driven donor engagement, who can lead a team to align philanthropic investments with high-impact institutional opportunities. The VP will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing advancement team, setting and achieving strategic fundraising goals, and ensuring a culture of philanthropy is cultivated across the organization.
