About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis to lead finance activities across a diverse and dynamic region. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner, supporting the President and CEO in financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and compliance, with a strong focus on driving profitability and cash flow. Key responsibilities include overseeing the monthly close process, delivering accurate and insightful reporting, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and leading regional strategic planning. The role also involves close collaboration with various teams to control costs and support business development.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for those holding a degree in accounting, finance, or business. A minimum of 10 years' FP&A experience in a large multinational environment is required, with a background in luxury or retail being advantageous. The role demands a professional with strong financial and accounting knowledge, business acumen, and sound judgment. Proficiency in SAP, Anaplan, MS Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, with familiarity in Power BI, Looker, or SAP Analytics Cloud being a plus. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with additional language skills in French, Spanish, or Portuguese. Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must, as is the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization and manage multiple priorities.
