About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Access, a pivotal role that serves as the foundational entry point to care across the health system's various facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, digitally enabled access strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and care delivery efforts. This includes leading enterprise-wide access operations, optimizing workflows, and advancing digital front door strategies to enhance the patient experience. The role demands a system-level leader with deep expertise in access operations, scheduling systems, and call center management, as well as a strong grasp of EMR scheduling platforms and CRM solutions. The AVP will be expected to partner with various teams to ensure operational efficiency, throughput, and capacity management, and to promote health equity and patient-centered care in all access initiatives.

Applicants for the Associate Vice President for Access position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience. The role requires a proven track record in implementing enterprise-level access strategies and digital transformation initiatives, as well as strong analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
