About the Role

The Vice President of FP&A will be responsible for overseeing the the organization’s financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis functions — driving precision, adaptability, and strategic insight across financial operations. You will direct both short-term and long-range forecasting processes, manage the annual budgeting cycle to ensure alignment with corporate goals, and collaborate with senior leadership to develop multi-year financial strategies that support growth and operational planning. In partnership with accounting leadership, you’ll help manage quarterly close activities, regulatory reporting, and financial disclosures, while working with investor relations to shape communications and earnings narratives. You will also supervise and mentor a global team of finance professionals, support revenue acceleration by aligning financial plans with business unit objectives, contribute to board meeting materials and strategic discussions, and coordinate with cross-functional partners to influence incentive program design and other enterprise initiatives.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline, with advanced credentials such as an MBA or CPA preferred. This role typically requires around 15 years' progressive experience in financial leadership, including a strong background in operational finance, forecasting, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration within complex organizational structures. Demonstrated success managing diverse, international teams and working across time zones is important, along with experience in publicly traded environments and comfort engaging with senior executives and external stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential to succeed in this strategic and highly collaborative finance role.
