About the Role
The Company is in search of a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, or franchise environments. The CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for developing and executing financial strategies that support the company's growth and long-term goals. This includes partnering with the CEO and leadership team on new initiatives, franchising, site development, and M&A opportunities. The successful candidate will also lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards in all financial reporting.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior financial role, is required. The role demands a proven ability to manage P&L, capital structures, and growth initiatives, with experience in private equity or investor-backed environments being strongly preferred. The CFO will also be tasked with building and mentoring a high-performing finance and accounting team, and must possess excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills to serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and the Board.
