The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead and inspire the nursing team, driving clinical excellence and outstanding patient experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. This leadership role involves mentoring and developing nursing leadership, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration, and playing a pivotal role in quality and performance improvement initiatives.
Ideal candidates for the Chief Nursing Officer position at the company will have a strong clinical nursing and quality background, with a hands-on, visible leadership style and a positive, collaborative approach. A commitment to quality and process improvement is essential. The role requires a BSN, a Master’s degree in healthcare, nursing, or business, and a DNP is highly preferred. An active RN license is mandatory, along with a minimum of five years of progressive nursing leadership experience, and prior experience as a Chief Nursing Officer in an acute care setting is strongly preferred. The Chief Nursing Officer will also be involved in succession planning and must be adept at leading a large team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
