The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its mission-driven team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in building organizational capacity, optimizing financial operations, and supporting the company's growth and impact. This executive will be a key partner in shaping enterprise strategy, aligning resources with organizational priorities, and driving cross-functional alignment. A core focus for the CFO will be to enhance the financial stewardship of staff at all levels and to ensure that financial resources are effectively aligned with the company's mission.
The ideal CFO for the company will have a strong technical background and the ability to think strategically about program and funding priorities. They will be responsible for collaborating with the Finance and Audit Committee and Investment Committee to support the Board in financial oversight. The role requires a leader who can foster trust, promote transparency, and support mission-driven decision-making.
