About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to take on a pivotal role in leading its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for fiscal strategy, financial operations, and mentoring a dedicated finance team. This role is at the intersection of strategic leadership and purpose-driven healthcare, with a focus on ensuring that financial practices align with the company's mission and growth plans. Key responsibilities for the CFO include overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, audits, and cost-effective processes, particularly in the area of FQHC reimbursement.
The ideal CFO for the company will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (Master’s preferred), at least 5 years' experience in accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare finance or FQHC reimbursement, and a proven track record of leading teams. The role offers a leadership seat at the executive table, where the CFO will have the opportunity to shape the organization's strategy and growth.
