This mission-driven nonprofit, with a strong operating budget and a focus on community-centered real estate development, is seeking a CFO to lead the transition to a strategic, future-focused financial model. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial strategy, capital planning, forecasting, and budgeting, and will work closely with senior leadership and the board to ensure the financial health of the organization. Key responsibilities include overseeing a finance team, ensuring compliance, and strengthening financial systems to support the company's growth.
