Key priorities include maintaining and growing strong relationships with the school community, improving the behavior management system, raising academic rigor, and securing resources for capital projects. The Executive Director will also be tasked with resolving issues related to the recent implementation of a new curriculum and leading the school in adapting to the evolving educational landscape, particularly in the context of technology and its impact on student learning.
