The Head of Schools will also be tasked with strengthening student and family recruitment and retention, overseeing internal and external communication, and leading advancement efforts to support the school's long-term sustainability.
Candidates for the Head of Schools position at the company should have a minimum of a Master's degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field, with a preference for a Doctorate. A background in school administration, teaching, and budget management is also preferred. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of educational administration, curriculum, instruction, and student development, and be supportive of the Classical Christian Education model. Professional certifications as a Credential Administrator with WASC/ACSI or equivalent are required. The role demands a leader who is passionate about the mission of the school, adept at fostering a positive work environment, and skilled in marketing the school's values to the community.
