About the Role
The Company is seeking a strategic CFO to join its Executive team at a pivotal stage of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and executing the company's global financial strategy to support aggressive growth and profitability goals. This includes leading FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across multiple entities and currencies. The CFO will also serve as a trusted advisor on performance, capital allocation, and risk, and will be instrumental in building and leading the M&A strategy, as well as overseeing post-acquisition financial integration. A key aspect of the role is leading the capital strategy and managing relationships with investors, lenders, and the Board.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior finance leadership experience, with a strong preference for those who have spent 3-5 years in a similar role at a SaaS company. A CPA, CFA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling a technology company, particularly in the areas of M&A, and experience in multi-entity, multi-currency environments. A background in healthcare, food service technology, or operational SaaS solutions is also essential.
