The Company is in search of a Vice President of Research and Non-Clinical Development to lead the pre-clinical and translational activities for its pipeline of biologics programs in the autoimmune and cardiovascular therapeutic areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the R&D strategy, leading a high-performance team, and providing strategic and scientific leadership to develop integrated research plans. This role requires a PhD with over 15 years of industry experience in translation research and drug discovery, with a preference for those who have specific experience with biologics. The VP will oversee the execution of drug discovery research, preclinical activities, and the advancement of programs into the clinical stage. Operational leadership, a hands-on approach, and the ability to lead multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, agile environment are essential.
