They will lead cross-functional teams, apply quantitative methodologies to inform various aspects of drug development, and ensure the company's scientific direction is in line with the latest advancements in the field. Collaboration with various internal teams and external representation is also a key aspect of the role.
Applicants must have a PhD or PharmD in a relevant scientific discipline, with at least 20 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 10 years in a leadership capacity. A proven track record in supporting R&D programs, leading clinical pharmacology and DMPK in regulatory filings, and successful interactions with global health authorities is essential. The role requires expertise in a broad range of clinical pharmacology and DMPK areas, as well as a comprehensive understanding of modeling and simulation methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, influence at all levels of the organization, and possess excellent communication skills.
