About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership and oversight of all HR functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR practices with the organization's mission and strategic vision, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive, inclusive work culture. This role involves collaborating with senior leadership on staffing and retention strategies, as well as managing a range of HR activities including workforce planning, organizational design, employee and leadership development, performance management, and recruitment. The Executive Director will also be involved in budget management, and professional development for HR staff, and will be the primary contact for HR-related issues.

Applicants for the Executive Director of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or Master’s degree. A minimum of 3 years' of HR managerial experience is required, with a background that demonstrates progressive responsibility in similar institutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office is essential. The role also demands strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and professionalism.
