This role involves collaborating with senior leadership on staffing and retention strategies, as well as managing a range of HR activities including workforce planning, organizational design, employee and leadership development, performance management, and recruitment. The Executive Director will also be involved in budget management, and professional development for HR staff, and will be the primary contact for HR-related issues.
Applicants for the Executive Director of Human Resources position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or Master’s degree.
