About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Student Affairs and Engagement to provide executive leadership in advancing student success, belonging, and engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of student affairs and engagement activities, including but not limited to, student activities and leadership development, multicultural initiatives, veteran and military-connected student services, health and counseling services, disability support, career development, and housing and residential engagement. This role is pivotal in integrating co-curricular learning with academic and enrollment priorities to improve retention, persistence, graduation rates, and career readiness. The Vice President will also be tasked with championing a campus culture that supports student success and will serve as a visible advocate for students, both on and off campus.
Applicants for the Vice President for Student Affairs and Engagement position at the company must have an earned master’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of ten years of senior leadership experience in student affairs or a closely related higher education field.
