About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Infrastructure to provide strategic leadership and operational excellence for its internal IT environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient technology foundations that support corporate growth, operational performance, and employee productivity. This role involves leading infrastructure strategy development, cybersecurity alignment, and enterprise platform operations across various internal teams. The VP will also be tasked with driving modernization, cost stewardship, and business-aligned digital enablement while ensuring the organization's readiness for growth and compliance with industry standards.
Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure leadership, particularly in federal government contracting environments. The role requires expertise in CMMC, ISO, CMMI, and ISSO responsibilities, as well as a proven track record in developing IT strategies, budgets, and transformation initiatives. Strong experience in enterprise SaaS platforms, software licensing governance, and asset management is essential. The ideal candidate will have a successful history of managing complex technology vendor contracts, cloud services, and enterprise asset portfolios, and be familiar with GovCon business system audits. Cybersecurity certifications and a Secret clearance are preferred.
