About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for its Global Business Education Center. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and operational management to enhance the institution's commitment to preparing globally minded leaders. A key focus of the role is on student engagement, particularly in the areas of co-curricular and experiential learning. This includes ensuring that students have access to practical, global experiences through projects, treks, and interactions with industry leaders. The Executive Director will also be responsible for leading the Center's strategy, partnerships, programs, and administration, with a specific emphasis on supporting the Global Business Fellows Program, which integrates business, economics, policy, and international affairs.
Applicants must have a Master's degree, with a terminal degree strongly preferred, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in global business, higher education, policy, or a related field. The role requires a proven track record in student-focused program administration, a deep understanding of global business, economics, and policy issues, and the ability to collaborate effectively in an academic setting. Preferred qualifications include a terminal degree, experience in undergraduate student programs, teaching experience, and a background in partnership development, fundraising, or external relations. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong organizational, financial management, and project management capabilities, and a commitment to the values of the institution, including service, reflection, and global citizenship.
