About the Role
The Vice President, Private Equity will be responsible for leading the financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research for the organization's new investments. You'll manage and coordinate operational procedures across various departments, including finance and legal. In addition, you'll drive portfolio company initiatives while prioritizing growth strategies and operational improvements across the department.
Applicants should have at least 4-7 years' experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting, along with a successful track record of deal execution. You'll also need to possess the ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
