About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Real Estate Advisory team. The successful candidate will be a key player in delivering comprehensive real estate advisory services to institutional investor clients, with a focus on supporting discretionary mandates. This role involves a range of responsibilities, including the analysis of real estate managers and funds, from initial meetings through due diligence, and the preparation and delivery of investment committee materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate investments, funds, and manager due diligence, and will be oriented toward a career progression that leads to becoming a trusted advisor and client coverage manager.

Key responsibilities for the Vice President include investment sourcing and evaluation, where they will be expected to source, evaluate, and track real estate fund offerings, as well as work with the team to perform detailed due diligence on investment managers and fund offerings. The role also involves client relationship management, with an emphasis on being proactive in client deliverables and conversations. The candidate should have a BA/BS in a relevant field, at least 6 years' experience in real estate private equity consulting, portfolio management, or capital markets, and a demonstrated track record of success. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, leadership potential, and the ability to represent the firm credibly in communications are essential. The role requires a high level of proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with experience in PowerBI being desirable, and the candidate should be flexible, with the ability and willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
