7+ years
of substantive experience
in
borrower-side finance transactions (link removed)> Extensive experience
advising borrowers
in complex financing arrangements, including
syndicated credit facilities ,
acquisition financings , and
leveraged loans (link removed)> Background in
representing private equity sponsors ,
portfolio companies , and
corporate borrowers
in a wide range of lending transactions.
Demonstrated ability to
manage and lead deal processes from term sheet through closing (link removed)> BigLaw Experience: Familiar with the pace of a top-tier, large New York law firm.
Soft Skills: Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. The ideal candidate works well on a team and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities
Transaction Leadership:
Serve as lead counsel on borrower-side financing transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financings, refinancings, and recapitalizations.
Document Negotiation:
Draft and negotiate key finance documents such as credit agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements.
Client Advisory:
Provide strategic guidance to borrowers throughout all phases of financing transactions, with a deep understanding of both legal and commercial considerations.
Deal Management:
Oversee deal execution, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure timely and efficient closings.
Mentorship:
Support the development of junior associates by providing guidance, feedback, and training on finance-related matters.

Compensation & Benefits
Highly Competitive Salary :
$420,000
$435,000 , commensurate with experience.
