Job Description
We are seeking skilled Electricians for a six-month project focused on the upfit of a shell building. This role involves layout planning, task delegation, and quality assurance to ensure installations meet code standards.
Responsibilities
- Install electrical wiring, outlets, switches, panels, and lighting systems in new buildings
- Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and electrical schematics to plan layouts
- Coordinate with general contractors, project managers, and other trades to ensure timely installation
- Run conduit and pull wire through walls, ceilings, and underground trenches
- Mount and connect electrical boxes, circuit breakers, and transformers
- Test newly installed systems for functionality and safety
- Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations
- Maintain accurate records of installations and inspections
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in conduit installation and bending.
- Experience with wiring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Skilled in construction and cable installation.
- Experience in pulling wire and bending conduit.

- Punctual and reliable.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
