Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of construction positions, including field, administrative, and accounting roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview high volumes of candidates using multiple channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of top talent for all facets of the construction sector.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience in the construction industry (required) .
- Proven high-volume recruiting success across a range of roles from general construction to back-office and support teams.
- Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Experience working in Corona, CA or the surrounding Inland Empire region preferred.
