Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of construction positions, including field, administrative, and accounting roles. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies. Source, screen, and interview high volumes of candidates using multiple channels. Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain a robust pipeline of top talent for all facets of the construction sector.
Requirements: 5+ years of recruitment experience in the construction industry
(required) . Proven high-volume recruiting success across a range of roles from general construction to back-office and support teams. Strong sourcing, networking, and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational and communication abilities. xsgimln Experience working in Corona, CA or the surrounding Inland Empire region preferred.
