An opportunity is available for a full-time General Education Teacher specializing in 5th grade at an elementary school setting. This contract position spans the current school year with a start date as soon as possible, continuing through June. The role is located in Lakeville, MN, providing the chance to make a positive impact on young learners in a structured and supportive educational environment. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective instruction in general education curriculum for 5th-grade students. Develop lesson plans that foster critical thinking, creativity, and student participation. Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support. Manage classroom environments to maintain a safe and productive learning space. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and professional development. Qualifications: Valid teaching license in general education. Experience teaching 5th-grade students is highly desirable. Strong classroom management and communication skills.
