A rewarding opportunity is available for experienced retail pharmacists seeking a flexible, per diem role within a well-established network of community pharmacies. This position offers the chance to join a dynamic float team, supporting multiple pharmacy locations with consistent scheduling and comprehensive tech support. Location:
Sanger, CA, with opportunities to work at several nearby sites including Fresno, Parlier, Reedley, Selma, Kerman, Orange Cove, and Madera. Mileage reimbursement is provided for select farther locations. Candidates should be comfortable commuting up to 30-40 minutes from Fresno. Schedule & Hours: Monday through Friday Saturday: 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. (half-day shifts) Approximately 20+ shifts per month, providing near full-time hours Responsibilities: Manage medium to high volume prescription filling and dispensing in a retail setting Support a float team covering 3-5 pharmacy locations to ensure seamless operations Collaborate with experienced pharmacy technicians and management teams Utilize Rx30 pharmacy software effectively to maintain accurate records and workflows Qualifications & Desired Experience: Minimum of 6 months retail pharmacy experience required Familiarity with Rx30 software preferred Spanish-speaking ability is strongly preferred but not mandatory, as pharmacy techs provide bilingual support Valid CA pharmacist license Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to various nearby pharmacy sites This position is ideal for pharmacists seeking a structured yet flexible schedule and the chance to work within well-run, tech-supported pharmacy environments.
