Join a well-established pharmacy network as a Per Diem Staff Pharmacist serving multiple retail locations in the Hanford, CA area. This role is ideal for experienced pharmacists seeking a flexible schedule with substantial hours, supporting an 11-pharmacy operation poised for expansion in 2026. Key Responsibilities: Manage medium to high volume prescriptions efficiently in a retail pharmacy setting. Collaborate with pharmacy technician teams providing experienced support. Rotate among various local sites, primarily within a 30-40 minute commute from Fresno, including Fresno, Parlier, Reedley, Sanger, Selma, Kerman, Orange Cove, and Madera. Flexible travel required for select locations with mileage reimbursement provided. Utilize Rx30 pharmacy software to ensure accurate dispensing and record-keeping. Maintain excellent patient service and compliance with pharmacy laws and policies. Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Pharmacist with at least 6 months of retail pharmacy experience. Comfortable working in a medium to high volume environment. Spanish language skills strongly preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to commute within designated local communities. Familiarity with Rx30 software or similar pharmacy systems. Location & Schedule: Per Diem position covering multiple sites near Hanford, CA. Schedule includes Monday through Friday with half-day shifts on Saturdays (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Minimum 20 shifts per month, offering almost full-time hours.
