Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
An elementary school is seeking a full-time Special Education Teacher for a full-semester contract starting ASAP through the end of the 2025-2026 school year (tentatively June 30). This onsite position offers 32.5 hours per week, from 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM, serving a caseload of 14-15 inclusion students in a supportive learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialized instruction and support to inclusion students with diverse learning needs Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as required Ensure compliance with state regulations and school policies Qualifications: Active Massachusetts teaching
license/certification
