This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher position located in Breckenridge, CO, serving elementary students from kindergarten through 5th grade. The role involves working in a dynamic CSY contract lasting from January 12, 2026, through June 4, 2026, at an elementary school setting. The position requires a Colorado Special Education Teaching License and focuses on delivering individualized instruction through both push-in and pull-out services to support students with special needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to students in grades K-5, utilizing push-in support in collaboration with paraprofessionals as well as pull-out instruction for targeted interventions. Manage an assigned caseload of students, adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs. Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements. Qualifications: Valid Colorado Special Education Teaching License. Experience working in both push-in and pull-out instructional settings preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel. Schedule and Compensation: Contract period: January 12, 2026 June 4, 2026. Full-time schedule: 37.5 hours per week, five days per week.
