An Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor opportunity is available for the day shift in a hospital inpatient setting located in Pennsylvania. This role is vital for maintaining efficient pharmacy operations, overseeing both sterile and non-sterile drug distribution systems, and enhancing the integration of pharmacy services to optimize medication delivery throughout inpatient care. Key Responsibilities: Ensure smooth operations of sterile and non-sterile product drug distribution within the inpatient pharmacy. Improve departmental efficiency by integrating and coordinating pharmacy services. Optimize inpatient drug delivery systems to support patient care. Coordinate workflows between unit-based pharmacists and central or satellite pharmacy operations. Directly supervise pharmacy staff across central and satellite departments. Oversee daily pharmacy operations and staff activities. Develop and maintain a budget-neutral schedule for pharmacy technicians. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD is required; Masters Degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in an institutional or hospital pharmacy setting. Supervisory or leadership experience in pharmacy preferred. Active Pharmacist License in Pennsylvania is required.
