Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for an Inpatient Pharmacy Supervisor on the day shift within a hospital inpatient setting. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of sterile and non-sterile drug distribution systems, improving departmental efficiency, and optimizing medication delivery throughout inpatient services. Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Responsibilities: Manage efficient operations of both sterile and non-sterile drug distribution systems. Enhance integration of pharmacy services to boost overall departmental performance. Optimize the inpatient drug delivery system to ensure timely and accurate medication administration. Coordinate workflows between unit-based pharmacists and central/satellite pharmacy operations. Supervise pharmacy staff in central and satellite locations. Oversee daily pharmacy operations and personnel management. Develop and maintain a budget-neutral technician scheduling system. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (required). Masters Degree in Pharmacy (preferred). Minimum of 3 years experience in an institutional hospital setting. Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred). Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License (required). Additional Details: Open to local and travel candidates with strong inpatient leadership experience.
