Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A hybrid clinical and staff pharmacist role is available in State College, PA, offering an opportunity to contribute to both patient care and operational pharmacy functions. This position involves approximately 60% clinical duties and 40% staffing responsibilities within a healthcare system focused on population health and ambulatory care.
