An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavior support services within a K-12 school setting in Ocala, FL. This contract position involves itinerant support across multiple schools within the district, focusing on students from diverse age groups. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavior strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions to meet established goals. Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques. Maintain detailed documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. Qualifications and Experience: National Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working within school environments is preferred. Strong understanding of K-12 educational settings and behavior support strategies. Ability to work itinerantly across multiple schools within the district. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Location: Ocala, Florida (Itinerant within the school district). Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, with a contract duration from ASAP to May 29, 2026.
