Key Responsibilities: Manage and verify medication orders within the rehab facility to ensure patient safety and efficacy. Monitor patient medication therapies and provide clinical evaluations and recommendations. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacologic treatments for rehabilitation patients. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations. Desired Experience: Licensed pharmacist with clinical pharmacy experience.
