Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Supporting elementary school students as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in a full-time, contract position within a K-12 setting offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to childrens communication development. This role is based in Soddy Daisy, Tennessee, serving various elementary schools with caseloads ranging from one to three campuses depending on assignment needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide speech therapy services to elementary-aged students, including delivering direct therapy interventions, conducting evaluations, and participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Collaborate closely with speech-language pathologists, educators, and families to promote student progress and implement treatment plans. Document and report student performance and progress accurately in compliance with state and district regulations. Maintain an active caseload, ensuring appropriate service delivery across assigned schools. Qualifications and Experience: Active Tennessee SLPA license. Current Tennessee Department of Education certification. School Services Personnel License with SLPA endorsement. Preferred experience working within school settings, especially serving elementary students. Proven ability to manage caseloads efficiently and work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams. Work Details: Full-time schedule (3537.5 hours per week). Contract position spanning from January 19, 2026, through May 21, 2026. On-site presence required; this role is not eligible for remote or hybrid arrangements.
