Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized opportunity is available for professionals with expertise in behavior analysis to support K-12 educational settings within a collaborative Special Education Cooperative. This role focuses on providing targeted behavioral interventions and support within classroom environments to enhance student development and learning outcomes. Location: Aurora, IL Duration: School Year Contract (CSY) Key Responsibilities: Implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs in K-12 settings. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote effective behavioral strategies. Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary. Provide coaching and training to classroom staff on behavior management techniques. Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Desired Qualifications: Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred. Experience working in educational environments, particularly K-12 settings. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to develop and implement evidence-based behavior support plans. Commitment to enhancing the educational experience of students with diverse needs.
