Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This opportunity is for Behavior Specialists with BCBA credentials to support K-12 special education classrooms in Burbank, IL. This contract position is for the current school year (CSY), providing specialized behavioral support in an educational setting. Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working as a Behavior Specialist in K-12 school environments preferred Ability to implement behavior intervention plans and collaborate with educational teams Strong communication and documentation skills Location: Burbank, Illinois Responsibilities: Deliver behavior analysis services to students in special education classrooms Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success Maintain accurate records and documentation related to student behavior and interventions Benefits: Professional experience in a supportive educational cooperative environment Opportunity to impact the educational outcomes of students with special needs This is a contracted position for the current school year.
