The role is contractual for the current school year and provides an opportunity to apply evidence-based behavioral interventions within a collaborative educational environment. Location: Naperville, IL Responsibilities: Implement behavior analysis strategies aligned with students Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to promote positive student outcomes Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust plans as necessary Provide training and support to school staff on behavioral techniques and strategies Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience working in K-12 special education settings preferred Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methodologies Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and documentation skills Contract Details: School year duration Position aligned with A.E.R.O.
