Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time position is for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) providing services within a K-12 school environment in the Chattanooga area, starting January 5th through May 21st, 2026. The role requires on-site work with no remote or hybrid options available. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of 10-12 students requiring behavioral support services. Supervise 1-2 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Participate in and complete the district-required 4-day Training in Crisis Intervention Strategies (TCIS), with costs covered by the district. Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans. Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports. Qualifications: Active BCBA licensure and national certification are required. Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred. Strong skills in behavior analysis and intervention strategies. Ability to work on-site full-time, with hours generally between 7:15 AM and 4:15 PM; some flexible scheduling may be possible. Location: Schools located in the Chattanooga area, specifically Ooltewah, TN. Employment Details: Contract position for the current school year (CSY). Full-time schedule (35-37.5 hours per week). Number of schools assigned may vary by placement. Compensation will align with experience and school-related skills.
