Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Imaging - Cath Lab Technician in Dearborn, MI. This role requires proficiency in cardiac catheterization procedures and a deep understanding of cardiac physiology and pathology. The position is contract-based and offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on high-quality patient care and advanced cardiovascular interventions. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assist during diagnostic cardiac catheterization procedures Recognize and interpret ECG waveform morphology, arrhythmias, and related cardiac pathologies Respond appropriately to cardiac emergencies using ACLS protocols Identify coronary anatomy and cardiac pressure waveforms under cine angiography Calculate hemodynamic parameters and record catheterization data accurately Prepare and manage necessary equipment and supplies for catheterization procedures Collaborate with interventional cardiologists during percutaneous interventions and electrophysiologic testing Document medications, clinical lab values, and patient responses with precision Support orientation and training of cath lab staff, participating in special projects or committees as required Qualifications and Desired Experience: Demonstrated expertise in cardiac catheterization and cardiac monitoring technologies Strong knowledge of cardiac medications, pharmacokinetics, and ECG interpretation ACLS certification and ability to perform full cardiopulmonary resuscitation Experience interpreting clinical laboratory results related to cardiac care Familiarity with advanced techniques including PTCA, atherectomy, thrombolytic therapy, and device usage such as angiojet and rotoblator Ability to utilize cath lab fluoroscopy systems and image-enhancement modalities like intravascular ultrasound Location Insight:Dearborn, MI, is a thriving city known for its rich cultural diversity and vibrant community life.
