Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve K-12 students in multiple schools located in Fort Myers, FL. The position is a contract role running from January 5, 2026, through June 1, 2026, with a full-time schedule of approximately 37.5 hours per week. Part-time availability may be considered. Qualifications and Experience: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Florida teacher certification and/or license in speech-language pathology Certification as an SLP-CCC or eligible SLP-CF; SLPAs may be considered if supervised by an SLP Experience with pediatric caseloads in educational settings preferred Location: Multiple school sites in Fort Myers, FL, primarily in the East Zone, Lehigh Acres area, with some placement options as far south as Lexington Middle School near Naples Responsibilities: Providing speech-language services to K-12 students across assigned schools Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Conducting assessments and progress evaluations Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student communication needs Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with state and district requirements Benefits and Perks: Exposure to diverse caseloads across multiple school settings Opportunity to work in a dynamic school district environment Potential for part-time work with flexible scheduling options Interested professionals meeting the qualifications are encouraged to apply promptly to support student communication development during this school year contract.
