Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Physical Therapist position is available in a K-12 public school setting in Tavares, FL. This contract role runs from ASAP through May 29, 2026, serving multiple school locations within the district. The position requires providing physical therapy services to approximately 40 active students, with itinerant duties across various schools as needed. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and implementing individualized therapy plans, and consulting with educators to support student mobility and physical functioning. The role involves an 8-hour workday plus 30 minutes unpaid break, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
