An opportunity is available for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students within a vibrant school community in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. This full-time, contract position offers a chance to provide specialized therapeutic services across multiple school sites, addressing medical leave coverage for the remainder of the school year. Responsibilities include: Delivering occupational therapy services to students aged K-12, tailored to meet individual needs. Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement intervention plans. Maintaining detailed documentation and progress reports in adherence to school and state guidelines. Managing an itinerant caseload, with assignments across several schools within the district. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and professional standards. Qualifications: Active Florida Department of Health Occupational Therapist license. Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Flexibility to travel between multiple school locations on a regular basis. Location: On-site role based in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, with service across various schools in the district.
