We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide comprehensive support to K-12 students within a dynamic school environment in Glen Allen, VA. This contract position runs from January through May 29, 2026, serving a diverse caseload across multiple schools in the Richmond area. The role requires a proactive professional dedicated to improving student communication skills through individualized therapy and collaboration with educational staff. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments and develop tailored intervention plans for students across various age groups. Collaborate closely with teachers, SLPAs, and onsite facilitators to implement effective therapy strategies. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet student needs while documenting outcomes. Maintain compliance with state licensing requirements and district policies. Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active Virginia SLP license. Experience working in school settings preferred, with caseload management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage students, families, and staff effectively. Ability to manage a varied caseload involving diverse speech and language disorders.
